Founder and Managing Director
Susie has worked for many years in professional associations and member organisations, advising on the wider aspects of professionalism and professional development from both the individual and corporate perspectives. At senior management team level, she has acquired extensive experience and competence in the strategic management of these organisations and worked with the widest range of organisational structures, cultures and stakeholder groups. She has developed a unique understanding of how this multi-faceted sector functions which she would be delighted to share.
She contributes an independent and unbiased voice and brings integrity, enthusiasm, passion and energy to the tasks in hand.
Susie is a founding member of the Expert Advisory Board of the CPD Standards Office for The Professional Development Consortium.
Martin Shaw is a highly experienced fundraising and management consultant in the charity and not for profit sector.
Kathy Ennis is the Managing Director of Envision Impression Management – a company that delivers relevant and unique training and personal development to individuals and organisations. Previously Kathy spent 16 years managing teams and delivering learning in the academic sector before moving into policy and advice at The Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals.
Arran is the Managing Director of Kelear Consulting Ltd, a company which advises employers on employment law and HR issues and offers employment law training. Arran is also an accredited mediator and mediates employment, neighbour and commercial disputes. She has many years of experience at senior level in the public and private sectors as a lawyer, civil service administrator and Personnel Director. Arran brings integrity, enthusiasm, expertise and a practical approach to her work with clients.
Lesley is a Partner at Audit & Risk Professionals and has worked extensively in the not for profit sector. She works with organisations to identify, analyse and improve existing business processes, making it easier for them to meet goals and objectives, such as increasing profits and performance, reducing costs and improving stakeholder experience. Lesley is also a qualified data protection officer and understands the challenges faced by organisations when complying with the relevant legislation.
